Rebecca Limestall

Rebecca uses her two decades of health care strategy experience to bring leaders together, generate ideas, create consensus and make decisions. She is a facilitator and presenter, acting as a coach for organizations’ strategic thinking, a trends guide to Board members, visionary partner and a curriculum designer for strategic skill development.

Rebecca has expertise in health system enterprise strategy with primary focus points of enhancing planning processes, differentiation and integrating the System of CARE (Clinical Alignment and Resource Effectiveness). Rebecca has a service line strategy background in women’s and children’s health and leverages that knowledge to provide integration of service line and enterprise strategy expertise.

Before joining Sg2, Rebecca worked in a variety of health care settings, including for-profit and nonprofit hospitals, medical product manufacturers, and a retail pharmacy. Rebecca received an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MHSA from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. She earned a BBA from the University of Georgia.
